Q. I want my order delivered to my work; do I need to fill in the "Company" field of the order form?
A. Yes. This is very important. All deliveries to a business address will require the Company name of the business to be displayed on the courier consignment note otherwise your order may not be delivered.
Q. Why is the "Day Phone" number a required field of the order form? I don't want to be phoned up for anything; I simply want to buy a calculator!!
A. Don't worry. We don't have any intentions to phone you unless we absolutely have to; and it will only be regarding your order and nothing else. This requirement is actually imposed on us by our couriers and will only be used if in the event they have difficulties delivering your order.
Q. Why do you have a surcharge on Credit Card / Paypal transactions? Most other stores don't have these charges!
A. We are not like other stores. Most other stores would add these charges into the cost of the product in order to cover expenses. We could also factor these charges into our prices as well, however we are different and would like to offer a saving to those customers who decide to make payment via Direct Deposit, Australia Post Money Order or Personal / Bank Cheque.
Q. I purchased a calculator from you over 2 years ago and it won’t turn on, what can I do?
A. Try a “hard reset” by inserting a paper clip into the reset hole found on the rear of your calculator (if your model supports this function). If this fails then try changing the batteries with fresh ones. If this fails then we can conclude that your calculator is dead and you are also outside of the 12 months warranty period.
Q. I purchased a calculator from you 10 months ago and nothing I do can get it to work. I have even changed the batteries with fresh ones. What can I do?
A. It appears your HP calculator may be dead. Please contact Australian HP Warranty Support to lodge a Warranty claim. Here are their details: www.hpcalculators.com.au/warranty
