Hewlett Packard Calculators (Returns)

• If you are unhappy with your HP Calculator purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund any time within 30 days.

• We will only offer a refund on the base cost of each unit purchased (less all Shipping Charges, Credit Card surcharges, eBay Final Value Seller Fees, etc).

• HP Calculators that are intact and contained in their original blister pack WILL BE accepted for returns ONLY.

• HP Calculators that ARE NOT intact and NOT contained in their original blister pack WILL NOT be accepted for any returns under any circumstances.

• Please email us at sales@hpcalculators.com.au for the return authorization first and to get the correct address for the return.  Also include your bank account details (Account Name, BSB & Account Number).

• When the returned unit has been received and is in good condition, we shall then process your refund to your nominated bank account.

• Base Cost per unit will be as per the following table (excludes our eBay pricing):

• If you are unhappy with your HP Calculator purchase for any reason, you may exchange it with a different model any time within 30 days.

• We will only offer a refund on the base cost of each unit purchased (less all Shipping Charges, Credit Card surcharges, eBay Final Value Seller Fees, etc).

• HP Calculators that are intact and contained in their original blister pack WILL BE accepted for returns ONLY.

• HP Calculators that ARE NOT intact and NOT contained in their original blister pack WILL NOT be accepted for any returns under any circumstances.

• Please email us at sales@hpcalculators.com.au for the return authorization first and to get the correct address for the return.

• We shall then negotiate on the price difference between the models.  If a part refund is required, please provide us your bank account details (Account Name, BSB & Account Number).  If additional payment is required we shall ask you to provide this before shipping you your exchange model.

• Please note we will need to charge you a second delivery charge to ship the exchange unit.

• When the returned unit has been received and is in good condition, and if any additional payments have been completed, we shall then ship you your exchange unit.

Hewlett Packard Calculators - (Received Damaged)

• If you receive your order damaged, then we will issue you a replacement unit at NO charge, on the condition that you agree to return the damaged unit back to us.

• Please email us at sales@hpcalculators.com.au for the return authorization first and to get the correct address for the return.

• Then please arrange for the damaged unit to be returned to us (at your cost initially).  We suggest using a 3kg Australia Post Express Post satchel valued at $10.60

• Then please email us at sales@hpcalculators.com.au with your bank account details (Account Name, BSB & Account Number)

• When the damaged unit has been received, we shall then refund you your freight charge to your nominated bank account and re issue you a new unit.

Software for the HP33S, HP35S, HP48 Series, HP49 Series, HP50G

• We DO NOT offer any returns for any of our software under any circumstances.

• This is because the software which is provided can be duplicated and able to be used even if a return was granted.
